Return and exchange policy
EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS OF IMPROPER QUALITY:
- Our online store values its reputation and sells only high-quality products. Each item in you order is checked before shipment for kinks, bends and various factory defects. Well, if it nevertheless happens that, through an oversight of our employees, a defective or spoiled product comes to you (jammed, stained, has a factory defect), then we are always ready to exchange it or compensate your costs by providing an additional discount on future purchases on our online store.
- Regardless of the cost, each order is securely packed in bubble wrap and additionally placed in cardboard or polyethylene (and in the case of measured goods, it is wound on a rigid tube). Thanks to this, the risk of mechanical damage during the delivery of the order by the postal service is completely excluded.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY:
- According to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", measured goods of proper quality cannot be exchanged or returned if they do not suit you in color, texture, size, etc. That is why we strongly recommend that you first order sample catalogs to personally see and touch the material.
- However, we always try to meet our clients halfway, and if you have any dissatisfaction, please write us a letter in which you will detail all your arguments. We will definitely consider your complaint and will try to resolve the current situation in your favor.
PAYMENT AND RETURN OF MONEY:
- In case of cancellation of a paid order, the money will be returned to the account you specified within 24 hours.
- In case of returning the goods, its value will be transferred to the account you specified within 24 hours from the moment we receive and check the return items.
